Pumpkin Patch

Last year

This year

Last year

This year.

Some things are still the same; I always make Miles wear a hat, Miles rarely looks at the camera, and it is like 90 degrees every time we go to the pumpkin patch.
This morning, on our 6 year wedding anniversary, we took Miles to get his pictures taken at Sears. The photographer was no good and neither were the pictures. Luckily we had a coupon so we only spent $7.99. The girl kept fanning him to try to make him smile and all it did was make him close his eyes. So check your mailboxes for a 5x7 of Miles trying to hop out of a chair with his eyes closed. Don't worry we have plenty to go around :)

Pilgrim Pines

Last Saturday we went spent a few hours at beautiful Pilgrim Pines (the UCC camp in Oak Glen). Miles has a blast running in fields and playing in the leaves. He also loved the camp food (Terry helped him eat the giant cookie).

Laundry Day

I usually do laundry on Sundays. However, when I work on Sundays the normal chores don't get done. I guess I am going to have to change "laundry day" to Mondays :)

Trouble

When Miles makes this face I know he is up to no good.

After being reprimanded for pulling Dukes tail, Miles gives me the "Who me?" look.

Kidspace

A few weeks ago (I'm a lazy blogger) we met the Damian's (Kelly, Clara, Ruby, and Jim) at Kidspace in Pasadena. I was worried that Miles would be too young/small to enjoy the activities but he had a great time. He played for 5 straight hours!
The outdoor equipment was just the right size for Miles.

Miles loved the shells and was very careful to make sure they all stayed in their correct bins.
Miles enjoyed digging in the fake sand for dino bones.
