We Couldn't Wait

Last week we decided that we had waited long enough and went to find out the gender of the baby. As you can see the baby is a girl!!!!!!!

Breakfast of Champions

Today I made a cake for breakfast. I am not including a photo of the cake because so much of it is already gone that I find it embarrassing. I also hid (from myself) a huge container of chocolate covered raisins in the car because when they are in the house I will eat them all day long. Being pregnant is hard!

The Wild Animal Park

On Saturday we went to The Wild Animal Park because we realized that our passes are about to expire! So this is what I look like.... and I was mildly offended when a lady asked me how far along I was because in my mind you still can't tell I am pregnant. How crazy am I?

Miles was a little nervous about the giant rhino statue.

Miles eats and poops like a gorilla but is still much smaller.

At the playground Miles enjoyed pretending to eat bark and leaves at the child sized tables.


Miles thought the fake logs were the coolest.

Miles even pet the giant deer in the petting zoo area while I tried to hide my look of disgust. I felt like I needed a shower just standing near the animals..good thing Miles has Terry.

This picture was taken 1 second before Miles fell off this bench onto his head. He went a little crazy after lunch, it may have had something to do with the fact that he downed a chocolate milk in about 30 seconds.

After a few minutes Miles was off and running....literally. It was a great day and Miles really enjoyed looking at all the animals.

1. Miles calls the color pink "girl"

5. Miles just grew out of a pair of shoes that I bought him 3 weeks ago :(
6. Miles yells "no balls" when I change his diaper because he hates it when I have to wipe them (tmi)
7. Miles cries, real tears, when his poop gets flushed down the toilet

10. Miles yells "no more" when he sees me put on mascara, less is more I guess
11. Miles is very sweet to his baby doll and offers him sips of his water and bites of his food
12. Miles likes to pat my belly while saying "baby" is a very high voice
13. Miles loves to ride on Terry's shoulders, I hate it and always think he is going to fall off
14. Miles says "bye bye" to everyone....... but usually after they are long gone
15. Miles loves to read books...finally!
