The Past 2 Weeks

The past 2 weeks ahve been filled with....playing outside

building "construction roads"

mud

crazy time with Daddy

teething

sweet looks

walking!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sweet moments (right after this Mae grabbed a cactus and we had to hold her down for an hour pulling out the spikes)

pantry reorganization (aka mommy was on the phone)

Rummage Sale deals (who doesn't need an ice bucket with tennis instruction on the outside!?)

Ebay finds

I bought the Little People for Mae but Miles has played with them the most...he loves them, can't you tell ;)

Double Trouble

Mae gives Miles lots of new ideas....some good and some not so good. Mae enjoys doing things like writing on the walls and herself and opening boxes of pasta and anything else she can get her tiny hands on. Miles will proudly say things like "Look what me and Mae did together!" It is hard to be upset with Miles because I know he is not the mastermind behind these ideas. It is also hard to be upset when an old box of pasta will keep them entertained for 45 minutes.

Mae's Room

It has taken a long time to get Mae's room just the way I wanted it, but it is finally perfect! It is so much nicer than it looks in these pictures but the lighting was terrible and so are my photography skills
My mom made the pillows, crib skirt, and curtain
Aunt Jenny made these amazing embroidered wall hangings as well as the name flag. The alphabet is one of my very favorite things






I love Mae's room and she seems to feel the same way. Thanks for all the hard work other people did to make it beautiful.
