Colorado Trip 2009

We drove 13 hours (over 2 days) to get to beautiful Colorado. Miles did really well in the car but by the time we got there we were all ready for a break. On the trip home we left in the evening and drove all night. Luckily Miles slept for 9 of the 13 hours.

The river was right outside the cabin so we were able to fish whenever we felt like it. (We ate that fishy for dinner. Yum!)

Miles loved the giant bear at Honeyville.

Miles and Zephyr spent lots of time playing outside with Grandma.
The rocks were a big hit.

Miles was a fan of the mountain fresh water, no matter were he found it.
Z and Uncle Ian.

Miles and Zephyr hanging out by the river.

Another great photo of me and Miles :)
We were so busy enjoying the trip, and chasing after Miles, that we failed to take very many photos :( It was great to get away and spend time with family. We miss it already.

Great pics!! Looks like it was lots of fun. Did Terry grow the facial hair out to look more authentic? Well done Terry. I like the picture of you and the fish, framing that one right now.

I'm so glad to hear how the car trip went and what a great time y'all had in Colorado. Love the photos too.

Happy Birthday, Jill!

That one picture of the three of you with the river behind you, is a wonderful picture. It should make the Christmas cut for the card this year, in my opinion. You are a good looking, photogenic bunch.
