Miles wants everything anyone else has. In this case it was the camera.
Here he is crying while signing "please."
Realizing that the camera is still not a choice, Miles decided it was time to bring on the tears.
I have seen these expressions quite often over the past few weeks. I am not making fun of Miles, it is just that after the 100th time in the last 3 hours it is hard to not laugh. Either that or cry myself.

Does he scream at 5 billion decibels the way Z does when she doesn't get her way? Toddlers are amazingly awesome and crazy-making all at the same time.
